## Frequently Asked Questions

### How do I access the valuation dashboard?

Navigate to **Valuations** → **Dashboard** from the sidebar. You need at least one approved valuation to see dashboard analytics and KPI tracking visualizations.

### Why don't I see my latest valuation on the dashboard?

Make sure your valuation is **approved**. Draft valuations don't appear on the dashboard. Go to **Valuations** → **Valuations**, open your valuation, and click "Approve" to include it in the analytics overview.

### Why are some dashboard charts empty?

Charts only show components with values greater than 0. If you didn't enter data for certain channels (e.g., no Web TV metrics), those segments won't appear in the data visualization.

### What does "No Previous Data" mean on trend indicators?

If you only have one approved valuation, there's no previous valuation to compare against for trend analysis. Trend indicators will show "No previous data" until you have at least two approved valuations.

### Can I export dashboard charts for presentations?

You can take screenshots of the dashboard or use your browser's print function for stakeholder presentations. Future updates may include built-in export functionality for analytics reports.

### How do I switch between full and abbreviated notation?

Click the "Show Abbreviated Notation" or "Show Full Notation" button in the top right corner. Abbreviated notation displays values like "1.2M" while full notation shows complete numbers like "1,234,567".

### What metrics are included in Total Reach calculations?

Total Reach aggregates TV viewers, Web TV views, PR reach, digital advertising impressions, social media impressions, and match attendance. Social followers and engagements are excluded to avoid double-counting.

### How often should I create valuations for trend analysis?

Create valuations regularly (monthly or quarterly) to build trend history and unlock the full value of dashboard analytics and KPI tracking over time.

### Can I customize the dashboard currency display?

Yes, the dashboard displays values in your organization's base currency, which you can set in **Settings** → **Organisation** → **General Settings**.

### How does the brand value indicator affect my total valuation?

The Brand Value Indicator (calculated from Popularity, CSR, Culture, and Loyalty) acts as a multiplier on your combined sales and media value. Higher brand scores amplify your total attention valuation, while lower scores reduce it. The indicator helps quantify the impact of brand strength on overall sponsorship value.
