Common Questions

Why Don’t I See My Latest Valuation?

Make sure your valuation is approved. Draft valuations don’t appear on the dashboard. Go to ValuationsValuations, open your valuation, and click “Approve” to include it.

Why Are Some Charts Empty?

Charts only show components with values greater than 0. If you didn’t enter data for certain channels (e.g., no Web TV metrics), those segments won’t appear.

What Does “No Previous Data” Mean?

If you only have one approved valuation, there’s no previous valuation to compare against. Trend indicators will show “No previous data” until you have at least two approved valuations.

Can I Export Charts?

You can take screenshots of the dashboard or use your browser’s print function. Future updates may include built-in export functionality.
Create valuations regularly (monthly or quarterly) to build trend history and unlock the full value of dashboard analytics.
