  • Avoid: Common words, personal info
  • Unique: Different for each service
Strong Password Examples:

  • Sp0ns0r$hipTrack!ng
  • password123 (too common)
  • valiyou (too short)

What to Avoid

Don’t use passwords containing:
  • Your name or email
  • Company name
  • Simple patterns (12345, qwerty)
  • Dictionary words
  • Publicly known information

Multiple Reset Attempts

If you’ve requested multiple resets:
  1. Use latest email - Only most recent link works
  2. Previous links invalid - Older links are automatically cancelled
  3. Wait for email - Don’t spam reset button
  4. One at a time - Complete one reset before requesting another

Account Recovery

If you cannot access your email:
  1. Alternative email: Contact support to update email address
  2. Verification: Provide account details for identity verification
  3. Security questions: May be required for recovery
  4. Manual process: Support team assists with recovery
No Email Access: Without email access, account recovery is complex. Keep email accounts secure and accessible.
