Invoices Card
Invoice Table (desktop): Columns:- Invoice: Invoice number or ID
- Date: Invoice date in dd/MM/yyyy format
- Amount: Total amount with currency (e.g., “1,295.00 DKK”)
- Status: Badge showing paid status
- Green “Paid” badge
- Yellow badge for “Open” invoices
- Red badge for failed payments
- Actions: “Download PDF” link (if available)
- Subscription Invoices: Monthly/annual plan charges
- Add-on Invoices: Add-on subscription changes
- One-time Invoices: Extra valuation purchases, seat upgrades
- Credit Notes: Refunds and credits
- Download PDF: Click link to download invoice PDF
- Opens in new tab
- Suitable for accounting/bookkeeping
- Contains full invoice details
- Message: “No invoices found”
- Displays when no invoices exist yet
- Invoice number
- Invoice date
- Billing details (company name, address, VAT)
- Line items with descriptions
- Subtotal, tax, total
- Payment status
Common Use Cases
Downloading Invoices for Accounting
- Navigate to Platform → Billing → Invoices tab
- Find invoice in table (sorted by date, newest first)
- Click “Download PDF” link in Actions column
- PDF opens in new tab or downloads
- Save PDF to accounting folder
- Import to accounting software (if applicable)
Troubleshooting
Invoices Not Showing
Reasons:- No invoices generated yet
- First subscription just started
- Payment method not added
- Wait for first billing cycle to complete
- Add payment method: Payment Methods tab
- Refresh page after adding payment method
Cost Info Shows Wrong Currency
Reasons:- Billing currency set in Stripe
- Currency changed after subscription started
- Multiple currencies in account
- Currency is set by Stripe based on payment method
- Contact support to change billing currency
- New subscription required to change currency
